Spring is a busy time of year for many of our customers and we understand that some work has no choice but to continue. While we continue closely monitor updates from the Governor regarding the Coronavirus/COVID-19 situation, we would like all of our customers to know that we are open for business as we fall under an essential category.

Kahn Tractor takes the safety and well-being of our staff and our customers very seriously. Should you need our assistance, but wish to refrain from entering the store, we are prepared to assist you remotely in the following ways:

Parts: Our parts department has the ability to take orders over the phone (800) 327-5246 or (860) 642-7596, or via email inquiries through our website:  Parts Request and You can use the quick links at the bottom of this page as well. 

  • Orders can be picked up at your convenience using our dropbox.
  • Orders can be shipped directly to your home or business location.
  • Orders can be brought outside of the building and loaded into your vehicle.
 

Sales: Much of our equipment is located outside in our sales yard for viewing. We invite you to stop by, walk around and test the equipment at your leisure. Our sales team is prepared to provide quotes, product information, credit applications and contracts over the phone(800) 327-5246 or (860) 642-7596, electronically, or via conventional mail. Service: Our service department is fully staffed and ready to schedule service appointments over the phone(800) 327-5246 or (860) 642-7596;or through online inquiries:  Service Requests and You can use the quick links at the bottom of this page as well. 

  • If you need to drop your equipment off for service and would like to limit your in-person exposure, please contact us to make arrangements.
  • If you require trucking services to have your equipment picked up for maintenance or repair, delivered back to you, or moved from location to location, this type of service can be scheduled over the phone or through email. You will not be required to be present when the equipment is being picked up or dropped off.
  • If you require remote service on your equipment, our road technician can be scheduled come to your home or job site to perform maintenance and repairs without you having to be there.
Should you decide to visit us in person, please know that we are taking extra precautions to sanitize our workspaces, entryways and selves on a regular basis. We do ask that for the safety of our staff and other customers that you take advantage of the alternate offers for service listed above if you have recently been sick, or exposed to someone that has been ill.
