While classroom experiences are invaluable, if you’re eager to expand your skills and knowledge through practical, hands-on learning, our summer internship program might be right for you. This program will offer you a firsthand look into the realities of a career in the equipment dealership where you will:
- Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing tractor equipment.
- Perform routine set-ups and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
- Conduct inspections to identify mechanical issues and propose appropriate solutions.
- Learn to operate diagnostic tools and interpret diagnostic reports.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of service and repair tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on tractors.
